The Kay Group has exchanged contracts with Liberty Developments for its eighth New to Industry site on a new mixed use development and keeps the company’s expansion plans.

Aldi, Costa and The Kay Group will be the first phase, further phases include three hundred and fifty houses and a commercial park.
