The Kay Group has started its sixth New to Industry site next to the extremely busy and recently completed multi-million pound Dearne Valley Way gyratory roundabout, just off the M1 junction 28 at Birdwell, South Barnsley with Hartwood Estates.
Greggs and WH Smith will be our in-house retailing partners and Spar our convenience supplier.
In addition, we are developing our third Costa Drive-Thru with more in the pipe line to strengthen our relationship.
Both developments will open later this year in October
