Ken Kay thanked all employees in June for their hard work and efforts as we continue through the challenges of the pandemic.
He went on to say…………
“The last 16 months has seen unprecedented changes to the way we have to operate to keep ourselves as safe as possible whilst offering the levels of service our customers have come to expect.
I am extremely proud, as all of you also should be, of what you have achieved collectively during this time.
As a result of your efforts, I am pleased to say the Company continues to be able to grow with at least four additional sites planned to add to the network over the next few years, starting with a spade in the ground at Dobbshill next month creating further employment opportunities.
The Company has always strived to maintain pay rates at a level well above the Government’s National Living Wage rate of £8.91 for employees over 25 which was effective from April 21.
Unlike the Government, the Company’s hourly pay rate is for all hourly paid employees regardless of age.
The Company remains committed to its Customer Service Requirements; to deliver Superior Customer Service consistently 24 hours a day 7 days a week on each and every location.
As the Company’s front line people in direct contact with each and every customer, thank you for delivering this commitment all year.
By delivering superior customer service we can attract new customers and retain existing customers thereby improving the Company’s profitability and enabling the company to invest in its employees through pay review increases.
I am therefore pleased to announce that from w/c 1st November 2021 hourly pay rates will be as follows:
- CSA’s £10 per hour
- Night CSA’s £10.50 per hour
- Supervisors £11 per hour
- Forecourt Cleaners £9.80″
