Kitchens Garage, Burnley; the former Renault showroom has gone under a reconstruction to form four retail units to compliment and attract customers to the location in advance of the Weavers Triangle regeneration. The new eight hundred student Technical College along with all of the supporting staff and service providers will be open in August 2013 as the stepping stone to the area regeneration up to and past our location.
Before completing the last unit, three have already been let including Subway and Greggs who are retailing side by side.
The last unit has received board approval by another, quality fast food branded outlet, targeted to offer fast food up to eleven pm and destined to open in early 2013
